Sometimes I feel lost myself and too concerned with general rules. My art represents differences and embraces them. In this digital painting, I depict differences through people with albinism. The main colors of the painting are black and white with many layers of color to create depth. The general stereotype of beauty is represented by the river. There was a group of people with black hair floating their bodies downstream the river. The transition from dark to light is centrally located. An albino girl with white beauty goes upstream along the river. She turns the water into a dress and shines with her own beauty. Through my art, I aim to inspire viewers to embrace their uniqueness, create in their own way as well as critique stereotypes and discrimination.
